Booking Fees

Booking Fees

A booking fee is required for all treatments, this is fully redeemable against your treatment. 


All booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

Your booking fee will be deducted from your total and the remaining balance will be charged at your appointment.


This can be cash, card payment or bank transfer.

Cancellation policy

Most of the treatments carried out at Chanel Swain Aesthetics are only suitable for over 18s.

You must bring photo ID with you to your appointment if your having a treatment with a minimum age requirement. 

If you arrive to your appointment and are underage or cannot prove identity, your treatment will be refused and you will loose your booking fee.

Cancellation policy

To reschedule your appointment, you must give at least 72 hours notice for your booking fee to be transferred to the new appointment date.


You can reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before, using your booking log in details.


If you cancel or reschedule between 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment - your booking fee will be lost and you will have to rebook and pay a new booking fee. You will also be required to pay a £20 late cancellation fee before booking with us again.


If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment - 50% of your appointment fee will be due.


If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a no show fee which is 100% of the cost of the treatment you are booked in for.


If you cancel your appointment at any time, you will loose your booking fee.

Please arrive on time for your appointment and no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time slot. 

We allow 10 minutes grace period, if you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may need to be rescheduled. This could be for the same day if possible but there is no guarantee. If there is no availability for the same day, you will loose your booking fee.


Please arrive alone to your appointment unless we have discussed prior to your appointment.


Children will not be permitted on to the premises.

Any issues with lash retention in the first 72 hours must be discussed immediately.


Any issues with any filler appointments after 2 weeks of healing must be discussed when 2 weeks have elapsed and no longer than 3 weeks.


Any issues with anti-wrinkle appointments must be discussed when 2 weeks have elapsed and no longer than 3 weeks.


It is the clients responsibility to book in an adjustment appointment if needed, for anti-wrinkle, this must be carried out between 2 and 3 weeks after the initial appointment. It is the clients responsibility to contact the clinic if no appointments are available during this time. Adjustment appointments cannot be carried out after 3 weeks have elapsed.


Any other issues with any other treatments must be bought to the clinics attention within the first 72 hours after treatment.

Either on the day of your appointment via consent form, or an email copy completed prior to your appointment - we will go through your medical history. 


We ask that you are truthful as some treatments may not be able to be carried out due to possible or potential contraindications. If you are on medication and uncertain if it would be affected by having any treatments, please discuss this prior to your appointment or consult with your GP.

We do not offer refunds.


If you have paid for your appointment and left the clinic without discussing any issues you have, this is confirmation that you are happy with your treatment. If you have bought an issue to our attention before leaving we will endeavour to resolve the issue before you leave.


Any other issue must be bought to our attention inline with our issues and responsibilties
